Track Your Order
We know you are excited to receive your order! Here is how to follow it:
- Check your email. When your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a tracking link.
- Use your tracking number. Enter it at 17track.net to see real-time updates from the carrier.
- Log in to your account. If you created an account, you can view the status of all your orders from your account page.
Delivery times
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and usually arrive in 7-15 business days.

If you did not receive your tracking email or your tracking has not updated in a few days, email us at contacto@havwell.com with your order number and we will check it for you.
